ETF

An ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) is a basket of hundreds of stocks or bonds that you buy in one click, trading on an exchange just like a single stock. It's instant diversification in a wrapper — one purchase spreads you across an entire market. Low fees made ETFs the default choice for most everyday investors.

Example: One share of an S&P 500 ETF instantly spreads your money across 500 large American companies.
