Bull Market
A bull market is a long stretch where stock prices keep climbing — the mirror image of a bear market. Bull markets are where most long-term wealth is quietly built, which is exactly why staying invested through the scary parts matters more than any clever timing. Nobody rings a bell at the start; you only recognize one in hindsight.
Example: From 2009 to 2020 the S&P 500 rose roughly 400% — one of the great bull markets in history.
